FAQ: Why Can't I See the 'Assign Driver' Button?"
The "Assign Driver" button is only visible for organizations defined as "carriers". If you do not see the button, please follow these steps:
- On the admin-panel, in the left-hand side menu click on contact information
- On the top menu, click on change
- Tick the carrier

- Click on Save

Refresh the inbox. You should now see the "Assign Driver" button available.
