Copying documents
Copying:
To use this function, a document must be selected.
- Select a document with the left mouse button until it turns “light blue”.
- When you click the “Copy” button, you will get a simple copy that does not include all the data.
- Press “
” next to the copy button to create an “Advanced Copy.
- Check “
” to select the copy method you want to use.
- Type the number of “copies” you want to create.
- Press “Save” and proceed to have a last check of the document.

Once you click “Save,” you will be redirected to the document overview to complete a final check and add data to the document if required.
After checking, you can choose to “Save” these documents in the top right corner of the black toolbar, where the documents will be given draft status, or you can choose to “Save e-DOC” in which case they will immediately be given planned status.
