Creating a QR code for signing
Note: Please note that the QR code signature contains a digital signature linked to the user in question. When someone else scans your QR code, the document is signed in your name and you will have immediate access to the document. To prevent misuse, we recommend that you use the signature QR code:
- as a badge OR have it managed by authorized personnel at the reception desk at a loading/unloading location;
- renew it regularly;
- revoke it immediately if misuse is suspected.
Creation
To perform these actions, your user must have administrative rights.
- Left-click on your “organization name” in the top right corner of the blue bar.
- Select “Administration” to navigate to the administration panel.

Administration panel:
- On the lefthand side, press “Users”.
- Then select “Active users”.

- Choose the desired user from the list by clicking on the “name”.
- Click on “Generate signature code” to create the QR code.

- Enter how long this QR code should be active, from 1 to 365 days. Or use the “plus and minus icons” provided to determine the validity period.

- Press “Create” to generate the QR code.

- Press “
” to download the QR code to your device so you can print it.
