Share templates

With the eWastra platform, you can share templates with your partners so that they can create documents based on these templates. This feature is particularly useful in situations where, for example, a transport company has to load a variable amount of material and the exact number of shipments has not been determined in advance. With this functionality, your partners can generate a document for each load required, using the template provided. The person who creates and shares the template remains the creator of the document, which means that the document is attributed to the owner of the template for billing purposes.

Navigate to the template you want to share and press the “” at the back of the template.

Select "Manage shared access".

Type and select the desired “contact” information, to share your template with.

Select “Allow sharing” if the specified organization is permitted to distribute this template to other organizations.
Press “Confirm” once the desired information has been entered.
Once all steps have been completed, press “Close” to return to the previous page.
