Reset password
There are two ways to recover a password.
Recover password function:
Recovering your password is based on your username.

- Enter your “username” and the system will identify which email address is linked to that username.
- Complete the “Captcha” to verify that you are not a robot.
- Press “Send” to receive an email where you can recover your password.

Then navigate to the relevant mailbox. Here you will receive an email from the sender, “No-Reply Pionira <noreply@pionira.be”.
Follow the instructions by clicking on the link provided in this email. Here, you can then set a new password for the specified user.
Reset password as administrator.
As the designated administrator, you can reset passwords for your users yourself via the web application.
Log in with your administration account and navigate to the administration panel.
- On the lefthand side, press “Users”.
- Then select “Active users”.

- Choose the desired user from the list by clicking on the “name”.

- Click on “Reset password”.

- Pick a “New password” and confirm it under “Password confirmation”.
- Press “Save” to save the new password.
The user in question can now log in with their new password.
