Templates
What is it
Templates are predefined transport documents that make creating individual documents faster, easier, and more consistent. Instead of starting from scratch every time, you can save information that stays the same across multiple shipments, so you only need to fill in the details that change.
Key benefits:
With eWastra, you can also:
Share templates across organizations, allowing your partners to create documents based on the templates you’ve prepared.
Enable auto-sign on templates, so any document created from that template is automatically signed at the moment of creation, no manual signature step is needed. Learn more about auto-sign.
Tip: templates are ideal for repetitive shipments, standard routes, or any situation where most information stays the same.
How it works
To use templates, your organization needs an active subscription.
If you don’t have one, the 'New' button will not be visible, which means you won’t be able to create new documents or templates. If that happens, please contact us to upgrade your subscription.
